Many of us repeatedly dream about making a better world. The job before us is huge, but we have to begin somewhere. For example, by trying to make a small world a little better. This reflection served as the springboard for the women’secret project “pyjamas for a dream”. The project is already up and running, and it consists of the following: we send garments to a disadvantaged area in Peru, as many garments as the number of pyjamas sold in women’secret shops from now until the 19th of October. We liked the idea of adding our grain of sand and of doing it in cahoots with our women’secret customers. The NGO Madre Coraje is in charge of sending and distributing the garments, and in addition to the clothing, women’secret is offering a discount on pyjamas so that more people are encouraged to participate. If you are reading this in the morning, think that it is now night time in Peru and they’re sleeping. From here, let’s wish them sweet dreams…
