THE BLOGGERS COLLECTION UNVEILING IN MADRID
You already know that at w’s we have a new collection designed by four Spanish fashion bloggers. Because at w’s we believe more and more that fashion is borne from what people wear, from how they interpret it. Some bloggers’ comments are so influential that many important designers invite them to sit in the front row of their fashion shows.
Therefore, m.i.t.me, Emma’s Corner, Stella wants to die and Little is drawing have taken to designing their own mini-collection: four different looks to reflect their own style. Also, a portion of sales proceeds will go directly to the charity of each blogger’s choice.
The collection was sensationally unveiled in Madrid, in HUB, one of the hottest spaces in the city. We thought it was so generous and sweet of these four girls to want to take part in a charitable project with us, and so we put on the sweetest of spreads: muffins, multi-coloured macaroons, candy floss, cookies, chocolates, tropical juices, candied almonds, marshmallows, sweets… a sweet-toothed heaven. And as a soundtrack to the evening: Electronic music by Alaska of Mexican Acid Queen.
A more than unforgettable night in which we were joined by friends, fashion bloggers, journalists and w’s colleagues.
