<p>Night of terror? You bet: for parents of teenagers. For the remaining humans, Halloween is a chance to bring to light (moonlight, that is) your own night-owlish, naughty side.  You can become an owl for one night (crazy). And if you don’t feel like going out, you know… &#8216;a Celtic tradition…&#8217;.</p>
